International Hot Tub is looking for a full time Sales and Marketing Assistant. This position is based in the Broadway office and is an in-office and showroom position. You will support the Metro Denver/Littleton Highlands Ranch and Boulder showrooms. We are an established Colorado retail business with over 40 years of serving Denver and surrounding areas.
Full time, in-office and showroom. This is not a remote position.
Pay range $15-$25/hour depending on experience.
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. We do some events outside these days and hours you may need to work.
Some travel within the Denver metro/Boulder area required. Must be available to work the schedule as posted.
You will assist the Director of Sales and Marketing with sales and marketing support and activities. This will include but is not limited to the following:
Manage lead flow through our CRMs: Active Campaign, Evosus, SalesForce.
Merchandise showrooms for monthly sales campaigns and special events.
Create point of purchase signage for showrooms
Create campaign roadmaps for design agency.
Assist at sales events and trade shows.
Assist in the showrooms, including staging and organization, counter sales, phones, as needed.
Create and/or manage PowerPoint presentations.
Create and/or manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
Proof marketing agency content for accuracy: social media content, blogs, emails and website landing pages.
Work with design agency to assure that marketing activities are on schedule, complete and accurate.
Plan, host, and/or attend weekly/monthly meetings.
