International Hot Tub is looking for a full time Customer Care Service Technician. This position is based in the Broadway office and is an in-the-field position. You will support the Customer Care department and travel via company vehicle to the customer’s home. We are an established Colorado retail business with over 40 years of serving Denver and surrounding areas.
A TYPICAL DAY
A typical day involves traveling to customer’s homes and providing diagnostic and repair services for the products they’ve purchased such as hot tubs, swim spas and automated gazebos.
Full time, in-the field, morning & evening check in to the Broadway location for assignments and vehicle.
Pay range $18-$22/hour depending on experience, plus commission.
$500 Sign On Bonus
Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours as needed.
Valid Driver’s License with clean M.V.R.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO…
Exceptional customer service skills
Diagnosing hot tub issues,
Water care maintenance
Draining and refilling hot tubs and swim spas
Selling water care products
SKILLS TO INCLUDE
Clear and precise communication skills. Ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
Willing to work outside in the elements year-round
General computer skills
Plumbing experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
A company vehicle and tools are provided.
