International Hot Tub is looking for a full time Customer Care Team member. This position is based in the Broadway office and is an in-office position. You will support the Customer Care department, including service and delivery. We are an established Colorado retail business with over 40 years of serving Denver and surrounding areas.

DESCRIPTION

  • Full time, in-office. This is not a remote position.

  • Pay range $17-$20/hour depending on experience.

  • $500 Sign On Bonus

  • Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES – Is This You?

  • Does problem solving come naturally to you? We are looking for someone with confidence to provide empathetic support to our customers and employees as a part of our full-time customer care team.

  • Are you detailed oriented? You will be responsible for answering the phones, taking service calls, scheduling, routing, filing, and billing.

  • Do you like working in a fast-paced atmosphere where it is never boring? We have a fun, energetic environment where we stay busy doing several different tasks.

PERSONAL SKILLS TO INCLUDE

  • Clear and precise communication skills. Ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

  • Pleasant phone voice.

  • Genuinely enjoy helping others.

  • Demonstrate ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Be willing to learn, ask questions, and work independently during slow times.

  • Computer proficiency. We will train you on the specific software.

  • No hot tub experience, no problem. We provided training. We are looking for passion and energy.

  • Outlook

  • Microsoft Word
