I am a tough sell but find Willis to be awesome. He knows his products and stands behind them. Over the years, three hot tubs, two fireplaces, two grills. Service has been equally spectacular. Carly has really gone to bat for me. Kevin recently did a major job on my hottub: knowledgeable, very competent and timely and personable. Thanks, all!
