Even though Ricky’s parents currently own IHT, at the time he started his father was the GM and bought the company in 2005. Ricky started cleaning showrooms and learning the business from the bottom up while he was still in high school. He learned and earned every step of the way and once his Father bought IHT, he made it his goal to understand every aspect of the business. He is our “go to” person for almost everything IHT. He has become an integral part of our IHT culture and family.
