We purchased a fire place from IHT and had it installed by another company. The fire place is great and we love it. The installation left something to be desired. We contacted Willis Rebik. He saw the problem and came over on his own time and fixed the problem. We are completely satisfied with the product and the service we received from IHT and especially from Willis. I would recommend any of my friends to this company and to Willis.

My first experience with anyone from IHT was at a Costco on Wadsworth and Quincy in Littleton. The representative I spoke with was Chris Pinter. He was very courteous answering my numerous questions, even though there were two other people he was also working with. My husband and I had been trying to fix a leak in the hot tub we had at the time, and we could just not get the leak fixed. When Chris explained how the IHT hottub was insulated and how much easier it would be to find and fix a leak, I was sold! Then he told me that they would haul away the old hot tub, I was ecstatic. Once the very timely delivery took place, Chris and IHT are always there to answer questions or offer advice on how to enjoy our new hottub to the fullest. When we call, the phone is answered by a REAL PERSON! I highly recommend IHT and Chris Pinter!
