Delivery must be within 2 weeks because after that their crew is gone. “High pressure” and “aggressive” are words we hear over and over about them.

After the sale there will be no local support. If you have a concern or need supplies, no one will be there for you.

Their prices are extremely inflated to begin with so you are saving 40%-80% off an inflated retail price. But you are still paying for a low quality hot tub. Rememeber what Mama always said… “you get what you pay for” and “if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.”

Yes, they offer free delivery within a 2-week time frame of the show.

What if you need to pour a pad or finish the landscaping or just aren’t quite ready. You are out of luck.

Yes, we also deliver free as does every local hot tub dealer. But we work differently. IHT will schedule your FREE Delivery at your convenience. Our Delivery Coordinator will contact you to be sure everything is in place for a smooth and relaxed delivery. Our crew will take the time to make sure everything is done right and it is exactly as you want it before they leave. Then we will will follow up with a FREE In Home Orientation to answer your hot tub or swim spa questions and make sure you get the most enjoyment from your purchase. If you have an old hot tub we will also remove it at the time of delivery for no extra charge.

Just search for spa expo or hot tub show and see all of the WARNINGS from a variety of companies (even our competitors) who all find this to be in the dealer’s interest and NEVER IN THE CONSUMER’S BEST INTEREST.
