While swimming a way to achieve an arm workout in your Endless Pools® Swim Spa, you could also use the row bar kit to transform your swim spa into a row machine. If rowing isn’t your thing, then you could also use the resistance bands or water weights to change up your workout routine in the swim spa. Using these items, you could even utilize any workout you have loved at the gym, in your pool!
While swimming, walking on the treadmill, or using the aqua bike would all guarantee you an awesome leg workout, you can target them specifically in your swim spa, as well.
